“The soundbar and subwoofer are working fine, however the two additional speakers for the subwoofer are not. There’s no sound coming out. I checked to make sure they’re plugged correctly and nothing subwoofer has power and works. Is there a reason why?”

Those speakers only play back ground music or noise in the movie
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The problem I had was the soundbar will work, but the speakers & subwoofer barely had very little sound. Even contact service tech for help and they tried everything possible, could not get them to pair with the soundbar. Returned for refund and purchase different type system with another retailer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is the big issue with this soundbar. TCL used some generic surround chip and it doesn't work in separating the sound. There is no way to adjust the rear surrounds and this is the biggest fail on this soundbar. so if you expect sound from the rears you'll be disappointed. you will need your ears right up to the speakers to hear anything. best to get rid of it and spend the money on a better one or get a true surround system. i was very disappoint in this model.
