QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the rear speakers? Does this come with speaker wire? How long is the wire? What gauge is recommended? Are the speakers mountable? If I want speaker stands, do you have specific ones?

- Answer The dimensions of the satellite speakers are as follows: (W x H x D) 3.9" x 6.4" x 3.1". Each of the satellite speakers has a 6m wire. The speakers can indeed be mounted. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

- Answer There is a button on the back of the subwoofer that you engage to pair it. I had trouble the first time but it was just because I was confused about the instructions .

- Answer Subwoofer is wireless from the soundbar. But the 2-rear speakers have to plug in the back of the subwoofer if want to be used.

QuestionThe soundbar and subwoofer are working fine, however the two additional speakers for the subwoofer are not. There’s no sound coming out. I checked to make sure they’re plugged correctly and nothing subwoofer has power and works. Is there a reason why?

QuestionHow do you adjust the rear speaker level? Apparently no one did a test because they should be level matched to the soundbar and these are way lower and you can't hear them. I own a real theater system and you can clearly hear the surrounds. Huge fail.

- Answer Never could get my subwoofer and rear speakers to pair with soundbar. Even after contacting service tech they tried everything possible still not work. Returned for refund and purchase different brand sound system at another retailer.
