- Answer I find the buttons are easy to push. A lot better than my previous case.

QuestionWhen I put the case on, there was no button for the power button. I found the little plastic button on the table where I opened the box. I snapped it in, but is that normal? I'm afraid it will fall off and I'll lose it. Also how do you get the case off?

- Answer The buttons are removeable so that you can switch out the colors if desired. No need to be worried. It wont fall out once your phone is in the case.

- Answer It does fit tightly! I have used a butter knife to help me take it off on occasion when I have needed to remove my phone from the case.

- Answer It’s not MagSafe but Tech21 site says it’s MagSafe compatible. Haven’t tried it yet but the case back feels thin enough to be true.

QuestionThis is for my iphone 21. Is the side grippy? My iphone 7 tech 21 case is somewhat rubbery and easy to pick up. I had a speck case on another phone and it was hard anand slippery and difficult to hold.
