- Answer This accessory is a regular corded headset with a 2.5 mm plug. If your corded phone has a 2.5 mm inlet for a headset plug then it should work.

QuestionI have the KX-TCA430 and am trying to use it with a laptop... I have an adapter, but so far only the speaker works and not the microphone... is there a specific adapter required? If so, which one? Or is there another way to get the microphone working?

- Answer Thank you for your question. The headphones were manufactured to be used with Panasonic Dect 6.0 Phones with a 2,5 mm jack. We cannot guarantee for compatibility with laptops or other products that have a different jack size.

- Answer The regular phone should have a headset jack wherein you will plug in the headset before you can use it to make and receive calls.
