- Answer Will work fine through a window. Obviously dirty windows / tinted windows can degrade performance as might sun glare.

- Answer Terri, if you subscribe to 5G Wi-Fi, you may possibly have a dual band modem. Contact your internet provider to find out. If your modem is dual band, your provider can help you set up the 2.4G band to enable security devices to work. I'm speaking from experience. My provider set up a 2.4 G band with its own network name and password strictly for connecting my security cameras. With just one modem, I still access 5G for streaming, high-speed internet, and other functions unrelated to security monitoring. Good luck!

- Answer You have 7 days free cloud storage. You can purchase more. They only record when the camera is triggered though motion. You can access 24/7 a live feed.

- Answer It is powered by plugging into a wall. No SD card. Everything is sent to your phone and you are given 7 days if free cloud storage where you can view anytime. You can download and save these if you want before 7 days. After which it is deleted and starts over. You can also invite someone to view the live feed via text message.

- Answer Tend does use your data on the phone. It will record as soon as a motion sensor goes off but you can delete it individually or by the day in bulks.

QuestionCan you switch off the IR via the web(?) interface? Many do not have this option which is painful when camera is looking through a window at night.

- Answer Yes it will work in the upstairs window however you will need to take the screen off and at night they do not work well due to the glare off the window, even with infrared
