- Answer Perhaps try pushing the reset button with a pen tip or paper clip end. Also your batteries may need replacing.

- Answer Not sure but if you had geek squad warranty on it you would be able to receive a new one, but if you don't you can always take it to best buy and ask geek squad representative to take a look at it for you from there you'll know what to do.
