Edit - The same goes the Collector's Edition. Any place you can find one for pre-order. In-store or on-line.

Either one , but it's more likely you'll find a pre-order available on-line rather than in-store. In other words, I would keep an eye out on various on-line retailers in order to grab a pre-order Ellie edition.
