I would disagree with the previous answer. The only reason things like this are a problem at all is because of people actually buying from the scalpers on eBay. The scalpers are violating eBay's terms of service by selling items that won't be shipped within 30 days. Everyone could more easily get a copy if nobody supporting the scalper/bot buying user-base.

Just look at eBay right now, people are selling Best Buy pre-orders for this collector's edition for well over the MSRP. They don't care and they're not going to do anything. It's been a waste of my time even trying so far. I have no chance against bots but it is what it is.
