“are the restocks for this item only regional? will there be a wide restock once the game launches? i've been attempting to purchase this item for weeks now and i can never seem to get thru once a restock happens.”

A bit late to reply to this question but the issue I had was they didn’t allow anyone to order/pre-order until after midnight on the day of the release. Once 12:01am hit the pricier popped up as available to purchase and then I had to sit in a virtual queue for an hour to purchase.
