Please try again later.As long you have the order number, and you purchased the item through Best buy website, the email should give you the store location where you have to pick up the item. When the release date is officially happening, you can go to the store or you can call the store to verify if your product has arrived. Sometimes, the Release date will not update on your email but your product still available to pick up. If not, provide your purchase number and receipt.
