In order to make an in-store pickup for your pre-order. You will have to make the pre-order in store not online.

Be sure your logged into your best buy account, and that your store is correct (blue bar at top of page), also that your shipping address is correct in your account (even though your using pick up, the site uses your zip code to find the nearest store). It lets me add to cart, then I can choose shipping or pick up once in the cart.
