“Received mask, per to the "FEATURES" it is supposed to include "protective eye shield" but that is missing. (What's Included TheraFace Mask Glo device, protective eye shield, USB-C charging cable.) Please advise if I should use without eye protection?”

• The "eye shield" refers to the silicone piece that surrounds the eye holes of the mask. It doesn't block all light, but it does block direct exposure from the LEDs to your eyes. As long as you aren't looking directly into the diodes, you should be good.

• The eye shield is attached to the mask by default. It is the flexible rubber piece that feels like swim goggles. You can remove it.
