“What is the manufacture warranty that comes with purchase? And who would we contact if there happens to be any issues or repairs?”

We purchased units --Thermador 36" Fresh Food and Thermador 36" Freezer, which carried two year warranties from the manufacturer. Then we bought an additional package from Best Buy, so we have five year warranty protection from Best Buy on the Freezer and the Fresh Food units.
