If your mb supports this brand yes, but more than likely you will need to use the included controller box.

No the fans have a single proprietary connector that hooks only into to TT hub products

No, the fan plugs aren't compatible. The USB controller they provide works very well and gives you a use for that usb 2.0 MB port that is otherwise pretty useless
