- Answer Yes after u open the box thats bolted together its packaged very nice to avoided damage but yes its plug and play well worth it really fast!

QuestionI purchased this PC and have had it for less than a year. It has started running slow, screen going to black and randomly restarting. I’m guessing I maybe need to add more coolant but I can’t find the instruction manuals. How would I go about doing this?

QuestionHow many SSD slots are there in this computer? AKA can I install an additional SSD?

- Answer I assume you are asking about M.2 drive slots. My system, purchased 2023 Oct 30, has 2 M.2 slots and both are occupied. Drive 0 is a Kingston FURY Renegade 1TB and Drive 1 is a MSI SPATIUM MR50 2TB. The Motherboard is a ASUS Prime B550-Plus.

- Answer My system, purchased 2023 Oct 30, has an ASUS Prime B550-Plus AC-HES motherboard. If yours is the same, you need to download and install the ASUS Armoury Crate software to control the fans, observe temperatures, and manage RGB colors. https://rog.asus.com/us/armoury-crate/ Even without this software, my system fans are all calm and silent.

- Answer I struggled with the same question, I reached out to Thermaltake and they said "For your system, you should be using the motherboard RGB software because it is being directly controlled via the 5v_dg header on the motherboard." In other words, find out what motherboard you have and download the RGB software for it. For me it's Asus and I downloaded Armoury Crate software to control the RGB lighting and much more! All the best!

- Answer Basically any universal wall mount for a TV will fit. If you want just go to best buy and check out their selection of TV wall mounts and mention this Gaming computer
