It comes with the cables. Offhand im not sure how many 8pin there are, but it has some that are split 6+2pin. Its modular as well, so its easy to hook up if youre adding it to an existing build, you can start from the Mobo side or the PSU side since it is modular.

Higher end, 850 watt + will have 2 cables(6+2), each with additional “piggy tail” (6+2), to accommodate higher end GPU’s that demand more power. So, it’ll look like 2 each “Y” cables, Each cable, 1 to connect to PSU, 2 to connectors to GPU.
