• Yes it would be able to replace that older power supply. The main difference is going to be the number of Molex connectors for older devices/fans. This power supply only has 4 of those and focuses mainly on SATA power connections for those devices. So you might need to use some adapters if you have more than 4 devices or fans that need Molex connectors.

• More or so an upgrade I believe TR2 is an 80 plus bronze this one would be 80 plus gold with RGB
