“I have a Thinkware U1000 set and want to add two of the exterior cameras. Will the exterior cams require any additional wiring kits to install? Will the exterior cams work with the U1000 system?”

• The side cameras do require additional wiring and a multiplexer box to be installed, and they are only compatible with the f200 series dash cam.

• Hello there! Unfortunately, the U1000 is a 2-Channel system only. The only models that will support the side cameras/exterior cameras are F200PRO, F790, X700, X800. As they function with the multiplexer box.
