Hello Luie, The amount of footage recorded is based on the Capacity of the SD Card used inside the device. The device comes standard with a 16GB Thinkware SD which provides 2 hours of footage before overwriting. The F800 has a MicroSd Capacity of 64GB's. This will provide you with 8 hours of continuous recording before overwriting the oldest files.
