• Hello There, If you have the Dash Cam connected to a Hotspot (Smartphone Hotspot, In-Vehicle Hotspot, or Hotspot Device) while driving, you can set up the Strong Impact Upload. The Dash Cam will automatically send the phone connected to the account a notification and a 20 seconds incident clip. This can also be set up to send to multiple devices. That can then be downloaded to the device directly.

• Yes, it can be retrieved with the app that thinkware has available for both iOS and Android. If there is an impact the camera will store that portion of the wreck in a separate folder on the memory card so that you can manually download it wirelessly to your phone as a video file!
