- Answer I was not paid or receive a discount on the dash cam. I paid full price for this dash cam. I will also advise that Best Buy does not offer warranty which is a huge downside. As expensive as it is, Best Buy should consider and allow this dashcam to be insured by their insurance.

QuestionI have a U1000 model FYI- Does this U3000 record in 1 minute segments like on the 1000? I would much rather have longer 2 or 3 minute clips to make it easier to locate and download events than splice it together.

QuestionU3000 front and rear camera system: Is it possible to see an inverted L-R image on the rear view camera so as to mimic what an actual rear view mirror will show? This was an expensive camera system and I hope it will allow to flip the image.

- Answer Hello! The night vision will appears as black and white correct. For the application, it is actually free to use. There is no subscription fee in order to use it. Yes, you can disable/enable the audio recording.
