Is the door reversible? null

Yes I reverenced the door but the label is upside down. How do I get this addressed I could not find a contact phone number

After 4 months of having it and dealing with a bunch of issues I returned it. The door is reversible, the owners manual shows you hot to reverse it but the Logo is glued to the front so it stays upside down!!! Thor has the worst customer service. Stay away from Thor.
