“I recently got this controller, and was having issues with the ThrustmasterX software. Windows 10 says that the controller is connected, without drivers, but the software says it is not connected. I did try reinstalling, but it did not work.”

• Had the same exact problem, my solution was uninstalling the software from Thrustmaster and installing the software(APP) from the MICROSOFT STORE. Once i did that , it works great and love the many options you can do with it.
