Does this item come with the water bottle holder? null

It does but the water bottle has to be really big and it does not have a strap to hold the water bottle in place. If you put it flat, the water bottle falls off.

Yes, there is a stretch water bottle pocket on each side.

Yes it does, which goes pretty deep for a good hold on the bottle - even ones with a handle.

If you’re talking about the stretch pockets on the sides, then yes. I keep other miscellaneous stuff in those
