Will this fit under the seat on a plane when loaded? null

It depends on what lol you have stuffed inside of it. If you stuff the bag fully, then you may find it difficult to completely stow your backpack under the plan seat, but if you just have basics like your laptop and a book it should fit under the plane seat.
