Can I track my car if it was stolen? null

No. Suggestion would be an apple tag

From what I've read anyone that is around your stolen vehicle that has the Tile app to locate a device will call back and locate your vehicle. You yourself can only track up to about 200ft or so. Once your vehicle gets within range of someone else that has the Tile app installed, it will call back and send the location to you.
