• A:Answer Hello, Tirman. Please see below instructions. Changing Workout Metrics During a workoutPressing the down pusher will cycle the bottom field on the workout page between all of the metrics available in that sport mode. If autoscroll is on in workout settings then the metrics will automatically cycle every 3 seconds.

• A:Answer Hello, Gumpy. You can set the metrics on your phone application during a workout for a mile run. Workout modes provide distance, heart rate, pace, speed, cadence, calories and time of day.

Q: Questiondoes this watch calculate blood pressure
