Not really, the stick portion of the vacuum can’t go all the way to the ground without the head of the vacuum tilting as well which results in the spinning head not touching the ground and not being able to clean effectively.

The floor washer pet can be tilted up to 142 degrees. Whether it can clean under the bed depends on the height of the bed.
