    • Answer Dear customer, the differences between this product and Floor One S5 Extreme are as follows: The Cleaning Path Width is different, S5 Extreme is 10.1 inches and Floor Washer Pet is 9.2 inches. Floor Washer Pet's machine is lighter in weight. Their filter types are different, S5 Extreme uses HEPA, and Floor Washer Pet uses paper. The replacement parts (roller and filter) are not compatible.

    • Answer Dear customer, our machine is suitable for leveling hard floors. It is a floor scrubber and therefore not suitable for carpets. We have a carpet series machine designed specifically for use on carpets, which you may consider.
