“Does the s12 come with hardwood floors and carpet cleaning?”

It’s comes with a traditional roller head for carpets and a smaller version for furniture. It doesn’t come with a soft fluffy one for hard woods. That can be purchased separately. I’ve had the unit for over 3 weeks and very pleased. This was a replacement for a Dyson that BB couldn’t replace due to their over all nationwide shortage. Very comparable at a much more reasonable cost.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Included is the multi-tasker brush, which does work ok on hardwood but does seem more appropriate for carpet. If you have a lot of hard flooring, I do recommend the hard floor brush.
