QuestionDoes the Pure One S12 include the flexible long crevice tool and the soft dusting brush as noted on the Tineco website, but not on Best Buy "what's included" section?

- Answer So I just want to say the vacuum is awesome and convenient. Does a great job. The Tineco website is misleading on what the product comes with. I’ve talked with Tineco and they said they haven’t been able to update their site. The S12 comes with everything listed besides the extra battery, flexible long crevice tool and soft dusting brush. If you buy the s12 pro ex you’ll get the soft roller brush for hard wood floors(which is a must) and the extra battery. You may get the flexible tool and soft brush but not sure. You’ll have to buy the accessories package I think to obtain the items

- Answer Dear customer, below are the differences between Pure One S12 and Pure One S11: 1. The digital screen of S12 is smarter and more visual than S11. 2. The suction power of S12 is stronger than S11. 3. You can adjust the suction power manually with S12, but S11 only has AUTO and MAX mode. 4. The running time of S12 is a litter longer that S11.

- Answer Excellent on hard floors and does not scratch. First time in years I can walk barefoot and not have fine dirt stuck to my feet and also do not have to mop with a microfiber mop.

- Answer It’s comes with a traditional roller head for carpets and a smaller version for furniture. It doesn’t come with a soft fluffy one for hard woods. That can be purchased separately. I’ve had the unit for over 3 weeks and very pleased. This was a replacement for a Dyson that BB couldn’t replace due to their over all nationwide shortage. Very comparable at a much more reasonable cost.

QuestionHi. I have cats. How does this vacuum do with picking up cat litter from both carpet and hardwood floors? I have a stick vacuum that does great with picking up fur but is terrible with picking up litter. Thank you.

- Answer Works well on hardwood floors in picking up litter. Need to use crevice tool to get all litter by wall edges. Not sure about the carpet, but the vacuum seems to work better on hard floors rather than carpet.

- Answer Can’t turn off or adjust, but i also have oriental’s and I feel it works better than other vacuums on them. More deep suction than beater action. These roller heads I wouldn’t exactly call a beater as the brush is a very soft felt like fabric. It is very gentle on rugs (except of course tassels) No hard bristles. This makes it excellent on hardwood floors.
