• S12 comes with 1 battery. S12 pro ex comes with 2. Advertising is misleading but amazing product! Personally I think better then Dyson!

• The PURE ONE S12 includes one battery for up to 50 minutes of runtime, while the PURE ONE S12 EX includes 2 batteries for up to 100 minutes of runtime.
