• As long as you can receive those channels over antenna then you should be able to record them as they are broadcasted ... so, yes.

• Yes, based on my research on the ToVo Romio OTA DVR. As the Bolt provides the same functions, there's no logical reason it shouldn't. But it's a lot cheaper to get the previously mentioned Romio OTA.
