• Not you cannot record streaming only over the air programing.

• No it does not record streaming channels whether from other sources of the built in apps. It will show you in your recordings list what streaming episodes are available to watch from the apps built into the Tivo unit. However you will have to be signed into these apps and some episodes may cost you.
