• You can download new apps if TiVo makes them available. You are able to go into their library and download any streaming app that they make available with their license.

• This isn't like the Apple app or Google play stores. There are many apps available that are preloaded and when a new one is available it will be automatically available. Suggest you look at Tivo.com for the apps that are available. All the apps that are available are streaming apps.
