• This is a digital Over The Air tuner. It actually works better than the TV tuner. I pick up many more channels with it than I did before.

• Tuner is in the OTA and in the LA Basin work great. Scheduling also reaches out to streaming sources such as Hulu and Netflicks for recording programs. Just be aware that the OTA will not accept a cable card should you wish to replace the rented unit from your cable company, and there is a $14.99 subscription fee from Tivo that can be negotiated either monthly or annually that allows your OTA to view programming and scheduling information/guides.
