• Why don't you purchase a Analog/Digital converter. This will give your TV the digital signal.

• I'm not sure what you mean by senior TV. If I were to make an assumption, I'd say your TV doesn't have HDMI? You could purchase an HDMI to Component convertor. I've never used one, so I can't recommend anything particular, but it's something to consider.

• You'd probably want to call Tivo directly and check what, if any Tivo supports that service. The program guide data would have to be available for it, and of course it would have to support whatever format this is using...it almost sounds like you're saying they take the digital signal, and convert it into like an NTSC-style signal, rather than an ATSC style signal?
