“If I use this to stream Netflix will the closed captions be available to read on screen?”

• netflix uses its own closed captions that tivo doesnt have control of. Whatever netflix has for its app per video is what netflix is using.

• The closed captioning on TiVo works on streams that have the closed captioning encoded.
