“Will the Tivo Roamio work with Cox Cable On Demand? Just wanted to know if Cox On Demand works the same on a Tivo as it does with the DVR Cox provides. Can I watch NBC On Demand, HBO On Demand, etc.?”

I can only speak to Time Warner, but the On Demand function is not compatible with Tivo on Time Warner.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have Comcast (Xfinity) and I live in Dover, DE. I don't know if Cox on Demand is the same as Comcast on Demand but probably similar. I will tell you you have to call your cable provider (which may do you no good). The way it worked for Comcast on Demand was the local cable provider had to add the programming or coding to allow it to work here. It was frustrating to see that many areas outside of my location were reporting having been updated and getting 'video on demand'. Every couple weeks I would check to see if the icon was on the TiVo Central Menu and it wasn't. After about 4 months of waiting... finally the icon popped up and I was able to access the video on demand that I was paying for through Comcast. Then, about a week later my system did an update and the icon disappeared... ugggg! But it was short lived and it came back on it's own about a day or two later. Haven't had any problems with it missing since.
