• Best Buy does have both Digital and physical copy

• The "Ultimate" Edition is only available digitally aside from a "Gamestop Exclusive" Steelbook version of it (at least, in the US). They have the physical copy of the game for both the "Standard" and "Gold" editions in store or online from BestBuy and other retailers.
