“I want to use this on my snowmobile. Will I be able to download trail maps on this or something like Polaris ride command that I have on my phone. Will cold affect this unit if it is plugged in? Thanks for any help on this? Greg”

I only use this in my truck. It upgrades wireless with Wi-Fi. You would need to Google if it will do trail maps. Sounds like solution might already be in place with your phone. Happy Trails!
