• The TomTom Cardio plus music does not send any phone notifications.

• As far as I know it does not send notifications like an Apple watch does.

• Hi there. The Spark line of watches does not currently support smartphone notifications. However, in March all Spark watches will have a free software update that will give the watches a smartphone notification feature.
