      Hi Bren,

      I'm sorry to read that the Spark Cardio+Music did not meet your expectations and you returned it. I would like to offer a tip to anyone else who may be reading this review and also wants to know how daily calorie burn. If you begin a start-stop activity, like running, gym, swim, etc. you can see the number of calories burned in a specific period of time in MySports and also on the watch in the workout history card. You can get to the history card by selecting the activity, and pressing up on the "Please Wait" screen. Again I'm sorry about your frustrating experience, but I hope this helps! TomTomInc.

      Hi,

      Thank you for your review, I'm happy to read that you're enjoying your Spark Cardio + Music watch! Your watch can alert you of mile splits if you change your training mode while you're in the Run or Treadmill activity. If you select the Laps mode, select distance, and select 1 mile, the watch will beep, vibrate, and deliver the mile split to you on the watch.
