Yes it will track both but requires an additional piece to be placed on your bike if its stationary or if it's a spinning bike. I still use it when I'm spinning because it will at least tell me how long I ride for, what my Heart rate is and how many calories I burned. Plus it logs it on the app when you sync your watch so you can track your workouts.

Yes, the Spark Cardio+Music tracks measures your swim stroke rate. The watch automatically keeps track of the amount of laps you swim. Together with the pool length (that needs to be set manually), we can calculate total distance and speed. We use advanced motion sensors in the watch to detect patterns in your motion, and when we find a change of direction (like when you reach the end of the pool and turn around) and count this. We also count the amount of strokes you do to produce your Swolf. The cycling mode will give current speed using the GPS signal and the indoor cycling mode will give your current speed if it's connected to a speed or cadence sensor. I hope this helps in your decision making process.
