“Can I use this without plugging it into a computer to set it up?”

• Works out of the box but I would recommend updating it via computer.

• Yes. It is just easier to leave plugged in though.

• Yes, we do recommend updating the GPS signal and map prior to use but the unit can be used right out of the box.
