Will this drive work with L655 S5096? null

Toshiba Satellite L655-S5096 Laptop comes with 3 USB v2.0 ports (2 USB + 1 eSATA/USB combo), it will work for this drive even the laptop doesn't have any USB 3.0 port. But it will only get 480 megabits per second (mbps) instead of the maximum bandwidth rate of 5 gigabits per second (gbps).
