You should be able to mirror your phone because that's exactly what Chromecast does along with being able to share content (Netflix, YouTube, etc) from your device to the TV. I currently use a TV with a separate (not built in) Chromecast that you can buy for about $35 so this TV basically just eliminates the need to purchase the Chromecast separately. The only bad thing about that is you can't disconnect the Chromecast and use it somewhere else which is a nice option if you have multiple TVs or want to take to a friend's house or something like that. I was considering this TV but I think I might just buy a cheaper or similarly priced one and purchase another Chromecast separately for that very reason (or just switch the one I have back and forth which literally takes 10 seconds) As far as a web browser I don't know but it doesn't appear to have one.
