A:AnswerI have seen these remotes and the upgraded remotes on Amazon. I had to reset my remote a couple times in the beginning but it settled in and works like a charm.
A:AnswerA BUNCH. PLENTY. With a TV this small (32"), the pixel density is very high. Not worth spending extra $ for a unit w/higher pixel count. For a larger unit, it's certainly debatable. As always, the source of the video, is typically the limiting factor; not today's HDTV display device. If you watch an old VHS tape on today's HDTV, it will look even worse than you remember. The many shortcomings of the analog NTSC signal & VHS will be even more obvious.
