- Answer The CC are controlled by the viewing area. On CBS AllAccess I have limited selection (off or on), but HBO I can select font size and color presentation.

- Answer A BUNCH. PLENTY. With a TV this small (32"), the pixel density is very high. Not worth spending extra $ for a unit w/higher pixel count. For a larger unit, it's certainly debatable. As always, the source of the video, is typically the limiting factor; not today's HDTV display device. If you watch an old VHS tape on today's HDTV, it will look even worse than you remember. The many shortcomings of the analog NTSC signal & VHS will be even more obvious.
