• All in one PCs usually have smaller 2.5 inch hard drives usually found in laptops. I'm not googling this for you but I would assume this hard drive will NOT fit your machine.

• If the lenovo is laptop computer this hard drive would be to big you need a Hard drive 2.5 inch to fit the computer but if it desktop you need Hard drive 3.5 inch
