• I have this set in my dinning room I use it for a tv and a monitor . my desk top has an hdmi out put

• No, there is no VGA input. But if your computer has HDMI output, then this can work as a monitor.

• yes, with great picture using HDMI cord , Netflix is very smooth and 1080p
